Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and responding to security incidents.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to security incidents, including disturbances, accidents, and medical emergencies
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or policy violations as needed

Skills:
- Valid Security Certificate or relevant training is required
- Military or law enforcement experience is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is highly desirable
- Strong surveillance skills to identify potential security risks or suspicious activities
- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

Pay is $18/hour

Job Type: Part-time
